Casa de Emdeko Complex

There is no smoking allowed indoors while at the Casa de Emdeko Vacation Condominiums. Smoking has become an item of such a delicate issue for smokers and non-smokers. Both want their privacy to the point that we cannot accommodate both, therefore, since smoke leaves such a horrible odor that seems to stay forever, we request that no smoking take place inside the condominium in any way whatsoever.

Another major item of importance is pets. There are no pets allowed on the premises of most condominiums and the Casa de Emdeko is one of them.

There is no loud music or disorderly conduct in any way allowed while on the premises of the Casa de Emdeko Condominiums.

• Once a reservation has been made and your deposit received, we will send you a receipt for your deposit.
• Once you have paid for the reservation in full, we will send you a packet with a receipt showing paid in full with complete instructions and directions from the Kailua-Kona International Airport to the front door of your condo.
• You can check into your condo anytime, 24 hours per day.

Now that we have the do's and don'ts out of the way, we hope you will enjoy your Hawaiian vacation and we truly hope you will start your vacation plans with us.
